3. RETURN & EXCHANGE
Returns and exchanges are accepted only for items requested within 7 days of delivery.Shipping costs for returns or exchanges due to a change of mind are the responsibility of the customer.
If the item is defective or incorrectly shipped, ALTE will cover the return shipping cost.
Exchanges may not be available depending on inventory status. In such cases, the request may be processed as a return instead.
4. NON-RETURNABLE / NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS
