Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and must be processed as a return.

3. RETURN & EXCHANGE

Returns and exchanges are accepted only for items requested within 7 days of delivery.
Shipping costs for returns or exchanges due to a change of mind are the responsibility of the customer.
If the item is defective or incorrectly shipped, ALTE will cover the return shipping cost.
Exchanges may not be available depending on inventory status. In such cases, the request may be processed as a return instead.

4. NON-RETURNABLE / NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS

More than 7 days have passed since the item was delivered.
The item has been worn, altered, or washed, resulting in a loss of product value.
Tags, labels, or other attached components have been removed or damaged.
Included accessories such as hangers, pouches, or packaging materials are missing or damaged.
The item has been exposed to perfume, deodorant, body odor, or other conditions that make resale impossible.
Product deformation or damage has occurred due to washing methods other than those specified in the care instructions.
The item has been damaged or stained due to customer negligence.
