The coupon is now available to be downloaded depending on your member level in [my page > coupon] from January 1st.

All members have been moved from Basic rank to applicable rank.

Downloading benefit coupon for members is now available! (A : 3% / L: 5% / T: 10% / E: 10% *2)

Alte would like to say thank you to all the members,
and apply the transferred coupon depends on your member level.
For customers who have a total purchase amount over $350,  please check if the coupon is used when purchasing.

From 1st January 2021, membership benefits will be available based on the member level.
The member level will be automatically changed on 1st January according to the cumulative total purchase amount.
The terms and conditions of the member level and benefits may be changed in the future for better service delivery

Member Level Criteria Guide

• Member Level can be found at [My Alte]
• More information about your member level can be found in  [My Alte > View point level benefit]
• The member level is based on the cumulative amount of payment delivered. (The purchase amount will be reflected 7 days after delivery.)
• Calculated for the last 24 months purchase amount
• When level conditions are achieved, level changes are reflected every Monday.
• It is impossible to apply for the membership benefits when paying with Naver Pay.
  (The accumulated purchase amount is not possible -> settlement payment cannot be reflected in the system.)

Member Benefits Guide

• Additional Thankspoint accumulation is applied when the purchase amount meets the accumulation criteria.
• The terms of the purchase benefit apply to the actual payment criteria.
  (the amount of payment excluding the delivery fee after applying the coupon, accumulation, and membership benefits)
• You can download coupons that are available for your level from [My Alte > Coupons].
• The coupon is available for purchases over a certain amount.
