How to create an account

Sign up as a member by filling in the terms and conditions, consent to privacy policies, and subscription items in the schedule form through the [Sign up] link. Sign up is free.
In order to use the service, you must sign up as a member first, and you can use various additional services such as participating in all content and events on the site and tracking the delivery.
Various discount promotions will be applied when purchasing as a member.

Process order

Order is processed as below:
- Step1: Select the product you want to check stock availability
- Step2: Add items to the shopping cart
- Step3: Log in with an account
- Step4: Fill up the order form
- Step5: Select the payment method and proceed with payment
- Step6: Order received (You will see the order number)


For the Non-member orders, please note your order number and credit card approval number in Step6.
If you are a member, it will be saved automatically, so you don't need to manage it separately.

Available payment method: Visa, Mastercard, Amex Paypal
If you have any problem with payment, please contact us via e-mail or Q&A board. Your request will be processed within 24 hours.

Shipments and Delivery Periods

Shipping method: KOREA POST EMS
Available Where: US, China, Japan
Shipping Prices: $40 on all orders under $350. Free on all orders over $350. (shipping costs excluded)
Delivery time: 7-10 business days (Monday to Friday)


When your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a tracking number via e-mail that can be used to track your order on KOREA POST EMS.

Please note that the delivery charges do not include import costs that may be due when the package reaches the country of destination.

Changing your shipping address after order / Changing or canceling your order before shipping

Please contact us via e-mail or Q&A board within 24 hours after order to change the shipping address. 

In principle, all products are ordered on the same day after checking the deposit.

You can cancel it before the order, but please understand that it is unable to exchange or refund your order after the order is placed.



Exchange and Returns


Due to the custom order, exchange and return are difficult. Please proceed with your order carefully.

The customer is responsible for the return or exchange shipping costs of the items. We suggest using your local postal service or a courier.


Returns/Exchanges are not allowed for the following reasons:

- Product damage caused by customer carelessness and loss of product value
- The value of the product has been significantly reduced by your use or some consumption.
- The value of goods, etc. has decreased significantly over time.

▶ We will refund the payment amount after checking whether the refund is confirmed or not.
▶ If you pay with a credit card, you can cancel the credit card approval so that the payment is not charged.
(However, if the payment can be made according to the credit card payment date, the credit card company will refund the credit card payment for the next month.)

* There may be a delay in the handling of exchange refunds if there is no reason for the exchange or the shipping cost is not settled.
* Please check the return address and send it to us.

Refunds

If you are approved based on Returns conditions, then your refund will be processed, and a credit (excluding the shipping costs) will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 business days.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used to process the order in a maximum of 14 days, depending on your bank and the method of payment used. 

Please note the only the cost of the original item is refundable.

Customer Support

The Customer service is available from Monday to Friday, from 11 am to 6 pm (UTC+09:00) with the exception of holidays.


Rewards and coupons

Available rewards/coupons can be selected when you order.

Rewards will expire every year, and coupons will be automatically deleted after the expiration period.

In case of cancellation/return, the coupon/rewards will be automatically refunded, and in case of partial cancellation, it will be applied to the purchased product.
